We appreciate your interest in joining our program. I have addressed many of the most common questions below as it relates to team expectations, team requirements, costs, and calendar. We are still in the "planning phase" but will have more information as we get closer to the clinic. We will update accordingly as we settle on those topics.
Is the tryout clinic mandatory to be considered for the season?
YES! However, we will consider an alternative or video tryout for those who may need it due to timing of moves, involvement in other sports, etc. Please reach out to the VP of Cheer to discuss any difficulty in attending the tryout clinic.
When registering my daughter, there were two teams to register her for, is she guaranteed to make the older team?
Unfortunately not. When an athlete is eligible for multiple teams, we will place her on the team that she will best fit on. Some things we will look at: grade level of the overall team, maturity, tumbling skills, stunting skills, etc. We want each athlete to excel and do not want girls on a team that they will not be successful on. A spot on a team is also NOT a guarantee. Athletes will be placed according to positions available and skills demonstrated.
What tumbling skills are needed for the teams?
Listed are are the suggested tumbling skills, for each team. Athletes need to perform these skills properly to count (without a spot). During the tryout cheer clinic, coaches of each team will be evaluating each athlete. While tumbling isn't the only requirement, it will be expected that athletes are enrolled in a tumbling class in addition to practicing during the season.

2026 Cheer Pricing, Practice Schedule, & Expectations
The VP of Cheer is currently working on season costs for the "Game Day/Sideline program". Website will be updated once finalized. The start of the season begins in mid-July (based off previous calendars), and runs through mid-November. Cheerleaders are expected to be at ALL practices scheduled, in addition to ALL football games (home and away- MASCOTS, only home games). Cheerleaders will also compete in 2 competitions for the season (mascots will attend the last league competition as exhibition only). Detail specific questions can be directed to the VP of Cheer, Liz Diegle. This section will be updated as season calendar is set, in addition to costs, etc. There will be a virtual meeting detailing specifics for all potential team members parents, April 26 @ 7PM.
